I learnt recently

• Ausfahrt -> Exit
  
• Einfahrt -> Entry
  
• Deutschland-> Germany in German
  
• Welt -> World
  
• Z and Y keys on the German keyboard are interchanged. (If not familiar, Zou maz end up tzing a lot of Y's)
  
• pronounce v   -> like 'f' in "father", or like "v" in "victory"
  
• pronounce w  -> like 'v' in "victory", never like 'wh' in "whisky"  (Hence, BMW becomes Bee Am Vee :-) )
